M. Mizanur Rahman is a professional engineer with 27 years of manufacturing, and Business operation experience.    Last 15 years he also has engaged in manufacturing, marketing and managing pump business among others.

He joined PRAN-RFL group as General Manager (operation) in 2005 and started to look after its Foundry, Pump Manufacturing and import business, Gas stove and other mechanical products business.  He joined LEO Group Pump Co., Ltd.(China) in 2012 as Business development Director to look after the business of SAARC and neighboring countries.  He joined LEO Pump Bangladesh Ltd. a subsidiary of LEO Group Pump (Zhejiang) Co. Ltd. in 2017 as Managing Director and takes the responsibility of the operation of the LEO business in Bangladesh.

Mr. Mizan is a graduate of engineering form Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) and have the post-graduation in Finance (MBA) from Institute of Business Administration (IBA) ; University of Dhaka.
